The present invention relates to a film for an electrode using a large-area graphene sheet and, more specifically, to a file for an electrode using a large-area graphene sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, an electrode including the same, and an electric/electronic device (super capacitor, battery, sensor, touch screen, etc.), wherein a large-area graphene oxide sheet with an average lateral size of 4722 m is separated from graphite without damage, the sheet is mixed with a transition metal oxide nano-belt or conductive polymer at a predetermined ratio to form a film, the film is used for an electrode of a super capacitor or the like, sheet resistance of the film is reduced about 100 times as compared with the small-area graphene manufactured in accordance with the conventional Hummers method, and non-electrostatic capacitance of the electrode is nearly doubled, thereby drastically improving electrochemical performance. According to the present invention, it is possible to drastically contribute to performance improvement of various graphene-related elements such as next-generation batteries and transparent electrodes as well as super capacitors through improvement of electric characteristics using the increase of graphene sheet size. |
