摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the stress corrosion cracking resistance of a 7000 series aluminum alloy member made into a member by subjecting at least a part of region in a 7000 series aluminum alloy extrusion material to plastic working.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a 7000 series aluminum alloy member where the above region of a 7000 series aluminum alloy extrusion shape material after press hardening is subjected to restoration treatment of being heated at a temperature rising rate of 0.4°C/s or higher, of being held in the temperature of 300 to 590°C for 0 s or above and of being cooled at a cooling rate of 0.5°C/s or higher and is thereafter subjected to plastic working within 72 hr, subsequently, the above region is subjected to post-heat treatment of being heated at a temperature rising rate of 0.4°C/s or higher, of being held in the temperature range of 300 to 590°C for 0 to 300 s and of being cooled at a cooling rate of 2,000°C/min or lower, and thereafter, the whole member is subjected to artificial aging treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
