<p>PURPOSE: To improve the time accuracy of CLKA delayed by a delay circuit by correcting the difference in heat generation generated by the difference of the frequency of CLKA caused by the variation of heat generated at the time of turning on a heater by controlling time for turning off the heater thereby suppressing temperature jitter. CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with an S/RFF 11 turning off the heater 10 when CLKA is inputted to INA and turning on the heater 10 by the output of delayed CLKA selected by a selector circuit 13 delay circuits 1 (21) to n (2n) equal in delay quantity and connected in series between INA and OUTA, and a selector circuit 13 to which outputs of each delay circuit of the delay circuits 1 (21) to n (2n) is inputted and which selectively outputs one of the outputs by a SEL signal.</p> |
