PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterning material sticking device that reduces a defective fraction of a laminate.SOLUTION: With respect to a mother element manufacturing device 1 which rotates a cylindrical cleaning roller 10 and forms a laminate mother element having a resin thin-film layer and an aluminum thin-film layer laminated alternately in quantities on a surface thereof, there is provided a margin nozzle 50 which sticks oil on the resin layer before the aluminum layer is formed, the margin nozzle 50 comprising: a reservoir chamber 511 extending along a shaft 11 of the cleaning roller 10 and reserving oil; a first electrothermal rod 54 for heating the oil to generate vapor; a nozzle plate 52 closely opposed to the surface of the cleaning roller 10 and provided with a plurality of jet holes 521 at predetermined intervals in the direction of the shaft 11 so as to jet the oil vapor from the jet holes 521; and a second electrothermal rod 55 extending in the direction of the shaft 11, for heating a communication path 53 linking the reservoir chamber 511 and jet holes 521 to each other so as to prevent the vapor from aggregating on the nozzle plate 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
