PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reliably acquiring the length of a necessary part of even a tubular structure that runs three-dimensionally, for example, thoracic aorta.SOLUTION: A center position of a plurality of points constituting a core wire of a prescribed area of a tubular structure is determined from medical three-dimensional image data, positions at which a straight line connecting the center position and each of the plurality of points constituting the core wire is brought into contact with a tubular structure in the medical three-dimensional image data are respectively acquired, and the length of the tubular structure is calculated on the basis of the positions. By calculating the length in this manner, even the length of a tubular structure that runs three-dimensionally can reliably be calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
