PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a printing efficiency in a case where printing is set in a printing job so that a both side-printing recording paper and a one side-printing recording paper mix with each other in a printing job is enhanced and wasting of a component in a conveying path is prevented by eliminating useless conveyance of the recording papers.SOLUTION: Feeding of a recording paper to image forming means by paper feeding means and refeeding of the recording paper to the image forming means by paper refeeding means that refeeds the recording paper held in a double-sided conveyance path to the image forming means are controlled; in a case where printing is set in a printing job so that a both-side printing recording paper and a one-side printing recording paper mix each other, a printing setting for the one-side printing recording paper is changed into a printing setting for forced both-side printing which uses the double-sided conveyance path; and when no recording paper is held in the double-sided conveyance path, the printing setting for the recording paper is changed into a one-side printing if the printing setting for the recording paper to be fed is the printing setting for the forced both-side printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
