The present invention relates to a ginsenoside glycosidase protein derived from Pseudonocardia sp., and to a use of the same. Ginsenoside glycosidase according to the present invention has an excellent activity in converting PPD-based or PPT-based ginsenoside into ginsenoside Rg_3, Rh_2, PPd, Rg_2, or Rh-1 which is a type capable of being easily in vivo absorbed. Accordingly, although a pharmaceutical effect of the ginsenoside glycosidase has been proved, a small quantity thereof is produced in nature, so minor-type ginsenoside Rg_3, Rh_2, PPD, Rg_2, or Rh_1 which has had limitation when being used can be mass-produced at high yield. |
