A method for the prevention or treatment of an orthopedic pathology of an individual, comprising administering a prophylactically or therapeutically effective amount of a gingival fibroblast-derived product to said individual wherein the fibroblast-derived product is selected from the group consisting of gingival fibroblast whole cells, a gingival fibroblast conditioned medium, a gingival fibroblast culture, and a gingival fibroblast extract. |
