A heat-resisting cushion material for an apparatus of an automatic loading system, said material having improved durability, and capable of preventing irregularities and thick mottles on products to be treated. A cover layer formed of a non-drawn meta-aromatic polyamide fiber or a web containing such fiber is bonded on one or all surfaces of a base layer in which all, or substantially all, fibers consist of drawn meta-aromatic polyamide fibers, and the layers are heat treated at or above the glass transition temperature of said meta-aromatic polyamide fibers. <IMAGE> |
