PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable solar cell modules to be set uniform in properties and attributes and improved in manufacturing yield, by a method wherein photovoltaic devices of two kinds different from each other in properties and attributes are discriminated or classified, and modules are each composed of different photovoltaic devices of two kinds. SOLUTION: Photovoltaic devices are classified on the basis of the volume of defects corresponding to a leakage current in the photovoltaic device using an open circuit voltage at, 0.1 mW/cm<2> . Classified photovoltaic devices are mixedly provided to serve as a photovoltaic device module. Three photovoltaic devices are each selected out of an A group and a B group and alternately arranged crosswise in a row. Six photovoltaic devices are connected in series with series-connecting members into a photovoltaic device module 601. A surface protection reinforcing material 602, a surface sealing material 603, a light-transimissive surface member 604, a sealer double-annexed insulating material 605, and a reinforcing plate 606 are laminated on the photovoltaic device module 601. The laminate is heated in a vacuum in a laminate device of single-vacuum type and formed into a flat-plate solar cell module. EVA is melted and crosslinked. By this setup, a color tone irregularity in solar cell modules can be restrained from being prominent. |
