PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain prepared unshaped refractories excellent in dryability. SOLUTION: Spherical hollow particles of 5-200 μm average particle diameter comprising an acrylonitrile polymer and/or a copolymer having a high acrylonitrile content and org. short fibers are added by 0.005-1 pt.wt. and 0.01-1 pt.wt., respectively, to 100 pts.-wt. refractory aggregate to produce the objective prepared unshaped refractories not lowering the flowability, excellent in dryability and suitable for casting, spraying and press-patching materials. |
