PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain having a high relative dielectric constant, less liable to the lowering of the relative dielectric constant even if the grains of the porcelain is made as small as 0.2-1 μm and having good temp. characteristics of the relative dielectric constant. SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain consists of perovskite type 1st grains 1 contg. at least Pb, Mg, Nb and Ti as metallic elements and perovskite type 2nd grains 2 contg. at least Pb, Ni, Nb and Ti as metallic elements and has 0.2-1.0 μm average grain diameter. The 1st grains 1 preferably comprise a solid soln. of Pb(Mg1/3 .b2/3 )O3 and PbTiO3 . The 2nd grains 2 preferably comprise a solid soln. of Pb (Ni1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 and PbTiO3 . |
