PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile headlight with a light distribution control device which makes a driver recognize that the self car is deviated from the center of a running lane and guides the driver along the running lane. SOLUTION: An operating condition of a self vehicle is detected by an operating condition detection means 30, an advancing position of the self vehicle after a prescribed time is estimated by a vehicle advancing position estimation means 4 based on the detected operating condition. An optical axis angle target value calculation means 5 calculates a lengthwise/breadthwise direction optical axis angle target value based on the advancing position of the self vehicle estimated in the vehicle advancing position estimation means 4, a control means 7 adjusts a lengthwise/breadthwise direction optical axis angle of a headlight 9 through an optical axis actuator 8 so as to be equal to this calculated lengthwise/breadthwise direction optical axis angle target value.
