PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by forming a compressor in a shape suitable to a cutting work and a grinding work at a post-process through molding of a sintered metal, to reduce a cost, and to improve reliability, in a scroll compressor employing an 01dham ring of a sintered metal as the rotation preventing mechanism of a revolution scroll. SOLUTION: In the 01dham ring 1 of a scroll compressor, first stage and second stage grooves 3a and 3b formed in the end face 3 of the annular ring 2 of the 01dham ring 1 are molded out of a sintered metal. Thereafter, a key side 3a is machined by a cutting machining or a grinding machining in a range deeper than the end face 3 and shallower than a second stage groove 3b. This constitution relieves the burden of the corner, being most apt to wear, of a tool and further relieves the burden of the tool by preventing formation of a thickened mass part at a machined part. |
