PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly prepare a mycelium extract without extraction by cultivating mycelium of Agaricus blazei Murill under a specific condition, and propagating the mycelium while perishing various germs by an aeration. SOLUTION: Mycelium of Agraicus blazei Murill in a concentration of 30-150 g/L cultivation liquid is cultured in a medium at a temp. of 0-25 deg.C for >=1 week. The cultured liquid temperature is raised to >=30 deg.C during 1-4 days under 1-10 atm to separate the mycelium of the Agaricus blazei Murill. The liquid temperature is raised to >=50 deg.C at once while ventilating air and kept for 1-4 hr, and the liquid is stool to cool to a normal temperature and filtered after 1-15 hr. The obtained liquid is allowed to stand at a temp. of 15-30 deg.C for 1-4 hr to propagate various germs, allowed to stand at the normal temperature for 1-5 days while aerating to propagate the mycelium, kept for 12-36 hr after stopping the aeration and filtered while aerating. The filtered liquid is allowed to stand at the normal temperature for 2-7 hr while aerating, and thereafter the liquid is kept at a temp. of >=60 deg.C for 30 min to 4 hr to perish the various germs. The obtained liquid is further subjected to other treatments to provide the objective extract in the method for preparing the objective extract. |
