PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kit for stabilizing a sample, increasing the sensitivity of fluorescence detection analysis, useful for molecular diagnosis, etc., by making the kit include an ion exchange resin in such a sufficient amount as to bond a substance to inhibit the hybridization and/or amplification of a nucleic acid existing in the sample to the ion exchange resin. SOLUTION: This kit contains an ion exchange resin such as amberlite TMMB-150 or the like in such a sufficient amount as to bond a substance to inhibit the hybridization and/or the amplification of a nucleic acid existing in a sample to the ion exchange resin, when the sample is exposed, housed in a permeable carrier. Preferably, an ion exchange resin 18 in a such a sufficient amount as to maintain an organism in the sample in a state not to damage the organism and/or in a living state at a room temperature for >=24 hours is contained. |
