PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noble metal composite plate which may have little manufacturing steps and little number of components. SOLUTION: The noble metal composite plate comprises a thin plate 1 made of a noble metal or noble metal alloy, and a transparent decorative reinforcing material 4 having a pattern 22 made of a partly opaque portion for covering at least one surface of front and rear surfaces of the plate 1 to reinforce the plate 1. The plate 1 is obtained by repeatedly rolling a lump raw material of gold having a purity of 99. 99% or more to finish its thickness to, for example, 15μm, and cutting it in a calling card size. And, as the thickness of the plate 1, a range of about 3 to 100μm is suitable. A raw material of the material 4 is, for example, a hard coated laminate film made of an acrylic resin or glass fiber-filled resin having an excellent wear resistance and a scratch resistance.
