PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component supply equipment capable of eliminating an empty tray recovery space recovering space, saving space, and permitting tray replacement in an orderly manner. SOLUTION: A magazine 3 is stored in a storing body 21. A pallet 2 is pulled out from a magazine 3 by a pull-out means 30 and is raised to an electronic component supply stage S1. A carrying head 9 picks up an electronic component 8 on a tray 1 on a pallet 2 and mounts it on a substrate 11. If the electronic component 8 on the tray 1 are all used up, a pallet 2 is pushed and sent to the top surface 21a of the storing body 21 by the pull-out means 30. Then, a new tray 1 on the top surface 21a is recovered, and a new tray 1 is replenished on the top surface 21a. A tray 1 replenished on the top surface 21a, is pulled out to the electronic component supply stage S1 by the pull-out means 30. The upper part of the magazine 3 is used as a recovery portion for a tray 1 which has been already used up. Also, the degrees of freedom of tray replacement can be improved greatly, and tray replacement can be performed orderly. |
