SEPARATION INTO THREE DISTILLATES RICH IN LINEAR PARAFFIN, MONO-BRANCHED PARAFFIN AND MULTI-BRANCHED PARAFFIN, RESPECTIVELY FROM 5-8C CHARGE STOCK OR INTERMEDIATE CHARGE STOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel process for separation of a 5-8C light distillate or an intermediate distillate having, for example, 5-7, 6-8, 7-8, 6-7, 7 or 8 carbon atoms which contain a paraffinic hydrocarbon, and, if required, a naphthenic hydrocarbon, an aromatic hydrocarbon and/or an olefinic hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: In at least two separators arranged in series are obtained three kinds of distillates which are a distillate rich in a linear paraffin, a distillate rich in a mono-branched paraffin and a distillate rich in a di-branched paraffin, tri-branched paraffin and, if required, a naphtenic hydrocarbon and/or an aromatic hydrocarbon.
