<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ease of use by controlling the output state of a switching type illumination load that is switchable to multiple operation modes according to the operation modes, and reporting the switching of the operation mode by using the switching type illumination load as a reporting illumination load. SOLUTION: Multiple operation modes include a human body sensing mode that changes an output state based on whether or not a human body is present, and a compulsory mode that changes the output state regardless of the presence of a human body. First, a compulsory mode setting signal is transmitted and received between a control part 2 and a setting operation part 3, and a compulsory mode is started. Thereafter, when a setting signal indicating a human body sensing mode is transmitted and received between the control part 2 and the setting operation part 3, the control part 2 reports the switching of the operation mode by the use of a switching type illumination load 4 as a reporting illumination load (8) and using an varying output accompanied by the variation of an output level as a reporting output. Moreover, the varying output is provided with the help of a load control part 6 that executes phase control, when the switching-type load 4 is an incandescent lamp and oscillation frequency control when the load is a fluorescent lamp.</p> |
