PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably heat a floor without using a detecting means for detecting a temperature of a floor surface. SOLUTION: When a floor heating is designated by an operation of a system remote controller, a warm water temperature Tw, an atmospheric temperature To and an indoor temperature Tr are read (steps 300 to 304). Thereafter, a duty ratio of a thermal valve is set based on the temperatures To, Tr and the output hot water temperature Tw, and output to a heat source unit (steps 306, 308). The setting of the ratio based on the temperatures To, Tr, Tw is repeated at a predetermined interval until stopping of a floor heating is designated (steps 310 to 314). Thus, a floor heating capacity is controlled in response to a change of the heating load, and held in a suitable heating state. |
