PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air stream conveying device causing no inclination in a workpiece. SOLUTION: A channel plate is provided with a guide channel 12 connected to a compressed air introducing input port 11 and a dispersion passage 13 through which compressed air is dispersedly blown out. A blow-out plate 20 is combined so as to be brought into contact with the upper face of the channel plate and provided with two kinds of blow-out passages 21 for blowing out compressed air fed from the dispersion passage upward diagonally in the opposite directions. When one of the two kinds of blow-out passages 21 is selected and compressed air is blown out from the selected passage 21, a workpiece is floated and conveyed in the direction decided by the blow-out direction of the compressed air. Each of the blow-out passages 21 is formed so that compressed air blow-out pressure can be unified in any section in it. |
