PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in fusing properties and flexibility, and having excellent scratch resistance. SOLUTION: This olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition contains the following (a), (b) and (c) in amounts of 5-93 wt.%, 2-90 wt.% and 5-93 wt.%, respectively: (a): a polyolefin resin, (b): the following (b-1) and/or (b-2) (b-1): a hydrogenated aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene compound block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer consisting of a polymer block comprising at least 2 aromatic vinyl compounds and a polymer block comprising at least one conjugated diene compound, (b-2): an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, and (c): a propylene-1-butene copolymer rubber and/or a propylene-α- olefin-ethylene copolymer rubber.
