PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a equilibrium light receiver which operates over the frequency band from a DC to a millimeter frequency. SOLUTION: This equilibrium light receiver 60 includes more than one photodiode that is connected to an amplifier including an input stage 61 of a common base configuration. The amplifier is formed as a three-stage direct amplifier and includes the input stage 61 of a direct complementary common base configuration, a Darlington pair intermediate stage 63 of a complementary common emitter configuration and an output stage 65 of a complementary common collector configuration. The output stage of the common collector configuration is used to reconnect complementary current outputs from the stages 61 and 63. The light receiver is provided with a relatively high output waveform symmetry to a power input to be increased. |
