<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable discharging a large quantity of active electrons in contact with skin and to improve the activating effect of the skin by forming an im purity semi-conductor layer consisting of germanium containing phosphorus, arsenic, antimony or bismuth as impurities in the circumference of a core mate rial consisting of a ferrite magnet. SOLUTION: The roller part 1 of a germanium roller consists of the columnar ferrite magnet 6 and its surface circumference is coated by a germanium layer 7 containing the impurities. Then, a gripper 5 is fixed to a rotary shaft 1 being penetrated through the through-hole 2 of the roller part 1 with a bending part 4 arranged halfway. Thus, when the electrons e are discharged from the germanium layer 7 containing the impurities in the roller which is partially coated by a conductive film 9 on the surface of germanium, holes are formed in germanium which from which the electrons e are discharged, the holes are neutralized by the electrons replenished from reduction substance existing on the surface of skin and the activation effect or the like of cells is promoted by the flow of the active electrons at this time.</p> |
