<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a hot press molding process, to reduce a manufacture cost and a manufacture time and to improve biting and gripping force on a snow-covered road surface. SOLUTION: A formed synthetic resin sheet 21A being a sole main body, a nonskid elastic sheet material 22A preventing slippage in a front stamping part and a shape memory nonskid small piece body 24A are respectively cut to have prescribed outer shapes. After the nonskid elastic sheet material 22A and the shape memory nonskid small piece body 24A are assembled to a metallic mold 1 provided with high heat conductivity, the foamed synthetic resin sheet 21A is assembled on it, a hot press sheet 8 is placed on the metallic mold 1 and the nonskid elastic sheet material 22A and the shape memory nonskid small piece body 24A are simultaneously bonded to the foamed synthetic resin sheet 21A by thermo compression. An adhesive surface part 25A for integration by fused adhesion at the time of thermocompression bonding is disposed at the abutting surface side of the shape memory nonskid small piece body 24A on the foamed synthetic resin sheet 21A. A nonskid step pattern 4, a waveform pattern 5 and a recessed part 6 for a pinhole-structured projection are previously formed in the inner bottom part of the metallic mold 1.</p> |
