<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply plugs simply and accurately using a less-complicated configuration by arranging a plug support means between a container receiving member and the vibrating hone of an ultrasonic welding means and freely selecting between the opening and the holding of the plug. SOLUTION: A plug support device 9 comprises a pair of opening/closing levers 11, a receiving and holding member 12 and a lever support table frame 13 which slides back and forth in association with an ultrasonic welding device 4. The receiving and holding member 12 is arranged between a container receiving member 3 and a vibrating hone 5 and holds a plug 8 with the opening/ closing levers 11 set in a closed position. The plug support device 9 slides following the sliding of the ultrasonic welding device 4 to the container receiving member 3 side, and stops after coming into contact with a stopper 21. On the other hand, the ultrasonic welding device 4 continues sliding, resulting in the compression of an opening coil spring 20 by pressure and the subsequent wide opening of the opening/closing levers 11. Next, the plug 8 is inserted into the vibrating hone 5 and the ultrasonic welding device 4 continues sliding. When it comes into contact with a stopper 22, the plugs 8 are arranged in the spouts of cartons 1.</p> |
