<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas treating device without the need for renewal parts. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a combustion tube 4, heat storage materials 5a, 5b installed near to both the ends of the inside of the combustion tube 4 respectively, a pair of combustion heaters 6a, 5b installed in the central part of the inside of the combustion tube 4 so that they are interposed between the heat storage materials 5a, 5b, a packing material 7 for gas mixing installed between the combustion heaters 6a, 6b, a temperature sensor 9 for detecting the temperature of the part of the combustion heaters 6a, 6b, a temperature regulator 8 for regulating the temperatures of the combustion heaters 6a, 6b based on a signal from the temperature sensor 9, switching three-way valves 2, 3 connected to ports 4a, 4b of the combustion tube 4 respectively, a suction blower 1 connected to the switching three-way valves 2, 3 and for sending a raw gas 100, temperature sensors 11a, 11b for detecting the temperatures of the heat storage materials 5a, 5b, and a switching controller 10 for controlling the switching three-way valves 2, 3 so that the flow direction of the raw gas 100 in the combustion tube 4 is switched based on signals from the temperature sensors 11a, 11b.</p> |
