PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of promoting an excellent noxious organism exterminating effect and extending an extermination spectrum in a small using amount, and useful as an exterminating agent for agricultural and horticultural noxious organisms by using with mixing an inorganic phosphoric acid and a germicide for a specific alga. SOLUTION: This noxious organisms exterminating composition is obtained by including (A) an inorganic phosphoric acid [e.g.; a (condensed) phosphoric or phosphorous acid (salt) or hypophosphorous acid (salt)] with (B) a germicide for an alga such as a cinnamic acid-based compound, N-pyridylaniline-based compound, an oxazolidinedione-based compound and aβ-methoxyacrylic acid- based compound as an active ingredient. Preferably, the composition is used so that the components (A) and (B) become 1-5,000 ppm and 0.1-1,000 ppm concentrations respectively in the case of treating leaves and stems, and 10-50,000 g/ha and 10-10,000 g/ha concentrations respectively in the case of treating a soil.
