<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar attachment direction detection device superior in detection accuracy of attachment angle and a method for efficiently adjusting the attachment direction of radar device by using the device. SOLUTION: A radar attachment direction detection device consists of an antenna 2 receiving emitting electric power from a radar device 1, two horizontal auxiliary antennas 21 placed with the same distances in the left and the right of the antenna 2, and a comparison means 6 outputting the difference of the reception signal intensity between the two horizontal auxiliary antenna 21. By using this device, the reception power level of the antenna 2 is coarsely controlled to be higher than the two horizontal auxiliary antenna 21 placed with the same distances in the left and the right of the antenna 2. Then, it is finely controlled so that the signal from a comparison means 6 outputting the difference of reception signal intensity of the two horizontal auxiliary antennas 21 becomes 0.</p> |
