<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture and firmly fix a guide plate by connecting in series a plurality of unit pipe bodies each fitted and fixed with the spiral guide plate in a pipe formed by combining half-split pipe bodies, and spirally continuing the guide plates. SOLUTION: A unit pipe body 1 is constituted of half-split pipe bodies 1a formed by cutting a pipe of a thermoplastic and thermosetting resin at the desired length and splitting the pipe into two along the pipe axis. An inclined groove 11 is carved on the inner face of each half-split pipe body 1a, and the spirally continued groove 11 is formed on the inner periphery of the pipe body 1 when the half-split pipe bodies 1a are connected into a pipe shape. A plate body of a thermoplastic and thermosetting resin or aluminum is spirally curved and molded to form a guide plate 2, a lug 21 on the outer peripheral edge of the guide plate 2 is inserted and stuck to the groove 11 of each half-split pipe body la, and the split faces of the half-split pipe bodies 1a are connected by an adhesive to form the unit pipe body 1. A plurality of unit pipe bodies 1 are arranged in series, the insertion port of the end section of one unit pipe body 1 is inserted into the reception port 12 of the other unit pipe body 1, they are stuck together in sequence, and the guide plates 2 are spirally continued. The guide plates 2 and the unit pipe bodies 1 are firmly bonded, and this pipe can be simply manufactured.</p> |
