<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive reactivation of bacteria in a grease trap when feeding activated bacteria to a grease trap for floating and separating fats and oils in waste water together with air to perform waste water treatment by passing water solution of a surfactant through the grease trap by a water pump. SOLUTION: At an inlet of a grease trap 3 to which oil containing waste water from a kitchen 2 or the like is sent, a garbage collecting net 4 for collecting solid kitchen waste other than fats and oils is provided, and also an aeration device 5 is arranged therein. In the grease trap 3, fats and oils in waste water are floated and separated, and also the fats and oils are decomposed by bacteria. The bacteria are fed from a bacteria activation device 6 provided with a bacteria housing vessel and a bacteria activation tank. At this time, a bacteria reactivation device 11 is provided, and water solution of a surfactant in a storage vessel 12 thereof is sent to a bacteria feeding line by a water pump 13, thereby enabling reactivating the bacteria in the grease trap 3.</p> |
