<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength stability of the concrete block by producing the concrete block through hardening of a kneaded material which is obtained by kneading fine-powdery blast furnace slag and a hydraulic composition consisting of gypsum and a fired material that is formed with municipal waste incineration ash or sewage sludge incineration ash as the raw material and contains components each having a specific composition, in a specified kneading ratio. SOLUTION: This concrete block is produced by hardening a kneaded material obtained by kneading a hydraulic composition and fine-powdery blast furnace slag. At this time, the hydraulic composition consists of gypsum and a fired material which is produced with at least one of municipal waste incineration ash and sewage sludge incineration ash as the raw material and contains 10 to 40 wt.% of at least one of 11CaO.7Al2 O3 .CaCl2 , 11CaO.7Al2 O3 .CaF2 and 3CaO.Al2 O3 and also contains at least one of 2CaO.SiO2 and 3CaO.SiO2 . As the fine-powdery blast furnace slag a glassy material formed by quenching molten slag is exemplified. The production of the concrete block comprises: mixing 100 pts.wt. of the hydraulic composition with 10 to 35 pts.wt. of the fine-powdery blast furnace slag to obtain a mixture; adding 20 to 35 pts.wt. of water to 100 pts.wt. of this mixture; kneading them together to obtain a kneaded material; and after the kneading, rapidly casting the kneaded material into a form having a prescribed inner shape.</p> |
