PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize waste and to convert it into resources again by using a corrosion inhibitor based on an org. phosphoric acid or its salt in a kneaded body produced using one or more ashes generated by incinerating municipal garbage and sewage sludge as starting materials. SOLUTION: An ecological cement to be used is obtd. using one or more ashes generated by incinerating municipal garbage and sewage sludge as staring materials and it is a hydraulic compsn. consisting of a fired body contg. 10-40 wt.% C11 A7 CaCl2 and C2 S and/or C3 S and gypsum. The amt. of the gypsum is preferably 1-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the fired body. The org. phosphoric acid or its salt is, e.g., aminotri (methylenephosphonic acid) or its alkali metallic salt. The amt. of the org. phosphoric acid or its salt added to the ecological cement is 0.5-5 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of phosphoric acid) based on 100 pts.wt. of the ecological cement. |
