PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab side sill welding reinforcing structure which can improve the rigidity of the whole cab and ensure an occupant space in a cab, by reinforcing the rising part of a cab side sill and in its vicinity by means of filler and laser welding for prevention of deformation at the time of collision or the like. SOLUTION: Filler 1 is charged into the rising part 8 in the middle of a side sill 5 welded to the end surface of a cab floor panel 19 and into its vicinity. A boundary part between a section filled with the filler 6 and a section not filled with the filler, and backward (forward) upper weld part 1 (3) and backward (forward) weld part 2 (4) before and behind it are welded by means of laser welding to improve the strength of their sections. It is thus possible to prevent the side sill from being deformed, make the whole cab more rigid and ensure an occupant space in the cab. |
