摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to produce a gas whose vapor-oxygen ratio is controllable for the downstream process by vapor-purging the flow-through material side of an ion carrying separator to increase oxygen recovery. SOLUTION: An ion carrying module 7 separates oxygen from a heated gas flow 6 containing oxygen and produces the flow-through material flow 16 and the residual gas flow 8 which is rich in nitrogen while the flow-though material side 7b of the ion carrying module 7 is purged by a gas flow 15 containing vapor and a flow-though material flow 1 containing vapor and oxygen is produced. When the pressure of the purge flow is equal to or higher than the pressure of the gasification apparatus, the flow-through material gas flow 16 is divided into the first partial flow 17 and the second partial flow 18. The first partial flow 17 is mixed with the pure oxygen flow 24 to meet the demand of a coal-gasification process and then is introduced into the coal- gasification apparatus 27 as a mixed flow 26.
