PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a body to be tested of a measurement part from entering an overpressure state at the stop of a wind tunnel test. SOLUTION: During a wind tunnel test, a 1st control means 69 controls the opening degree of a pressure governor valve 5 so that the total pressure P02 of a collection tunnel 6 detected by a total pressure detector 22 reaches set total pressure P01. Further, a 2nd control means 77 controls the opening degree of a 2nd throat 9 so that the Mach number of the measurement part 8 reaches a set Mach number and the pressure ratioη1(=P1/P02) of detected static pressure P1 and total pressure P02 calculated by a pressure ratio arithmetic circuit 72 reaches a pressure ratioη01 set corresponding to the Mach number. When the wind tunnel test is stopped, the 1st and 2nd control means 77 are stopped, the pressure governor valve 5 is closed, and a 3rd control means 91 controls the opening degree of a 2nd throat 9 so that the detected static pressure P1 reaches target pressure P2 corresponding to the pressure ratioη01 corresponding to the set total pressure P01 and set Mach number.
