The invention relates to the appliances utilized in the pisciculture and can be used for basin water aeration in winter and for fishing. The device for making holes into the ice of a water basin comprises an appliance for ice block formation, made in the form of a hollow truncated cone, provided with a hollow bearing ring installed in its upper part and fixed in its lower part with the ring connected to the anchor, and an ice block pusher. The novelty of the invention consists in the fact that the pusher is made in the form of a rod having a handle in its upper part and pointed in the lower one, which is coaxially placed into the rod holder including two bushes, rigidly coupled by ties, to the inferior bush there is fixed a disc on the lower part of which to the periphery there are placed at least three equidistant stops, and on the superior bush there is fixed a grip and there is made a U-shaped groove which contacts with the stopper fixed on the rod. The technical result consists in diminishing the effort when pushing the ice by uniformly distributing the load. Claims: 1 Fig.: 4
