Two hydraulic units are incorporated which are fixed on the one end or on both ends of the shaft of the electric motor (2). The plant incorporates a container with inflow and outflow apertures and pump arranged in fluid chamber together with components producing turbulence. The pressure connection of the pump is connected with the outflow aperture of the container. The component producing turbulence is a mechanical stirrer (4) and ripping and disintegration components, formed as roughened surfaces, are available in the fluid chamber. The pump (3) and the stirrer can be on the same side of the motor or on opposite sides. The pump has one or more disintegration components rotatably fixed on the shaft of the motor.
