This edible mushroom cultivation method is attributed to cultivation technology ofoyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), the point of which is to be used for substratum of wheat straws (50-70) % with (30-50) % of litter of cereal cultures such as seed-clovers, peas that are made small, intensively thermally processed, production of (8-10) % mycelium crop and mixing thereof with the substratum. The prepared mixture in portions of (15-20) kg is placed into fenestrated polythene bags of (0.30-0.35) m in diameter, compressed up to (400-450) kg/m<3> and kept in a room of (90-95) % humidity and the temperature mode is regulated with regard to ambient temperature and the temperature in the bags according to the relevant difference, which shall be no less than (6-8) degrees Celsius. Thus controlling the development of every mycelium stock, the temperature is not allowed to rise above (28-32) degrees Celsius, which might adversely affect productivity. |
