A device (6) for intracavitary drug delivery for distributing a therapeutic substance into a body cavity (5) of a patient (P). the device is arranged between said cavity (5) and a gas insufflator (2) including a tubing (3) connecting said insufflator to said cavity via said device and providing a gas to said cavity so as to expand said cavity. According to the invention the device comprises a micro-pump (61) having a droplet spray device (62) for ejecting droplets of said therapeutic substance into said gas, and a drug reservoir (4) for providing said therapeutic substance to said spray device (62) such that said gas becomes a transport medium for said drug delivery.
