A fluorine-containing triallyl isocyanurate of the formula ÄIÜ: wherein at least one of X and Y is a fluorine atom, and the rest is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, which exhibits good curing properties even when it is used as a crosslinking aid for elastomers which are required to have good heat resistance, in particular, fluororubbers, and provides cured materials having good mechanical properties and heat resistance.
