The invention relates to the medical apparatus, in particular, to the medicinal forms of external application, as well as to the process and devices for making these forms. The mustard plaster comprises the upper and lower layers of a support of unwoven synthetic material with an applied adhesive layer, a uniform layer of pressed mustard powder between them, fixed on the adhesive layer of the support, the mustard plaster being made in the form of cells having a dimension not exceeding 9 cm2. The process for making mustard plaster includes the weighed application of the mustard powder on the support and formation of mustard plasters by glueing together the upper and lower layers of the support with a thermal pressing device, into which the mustard powder is presifted and the filling is done through a weigher made as staple circulating forms. The line for making of mustard plaster of rolling material includes drums for material feeding to the support, a filling hopper, a weigher of mustard powder, pressing shafts and additionally comprises a vibrosieve with a distributive opening, the dimension of which exceeds the support material width, lamps for quality control and the weigher is made as staple circulating forms. The technical result of the present invention consists in obtaining a mustard powder layer of uniform thickness, consisting of particles having similar dimensions of fractions and in creating a mustard plaster with reduced possibilities of pouring the mustard powder.
