The CNC controlled polishing machine has an X carriage (2), and a Z (3) carriage to which are fixed at least two, preferably three driven tool-spindles (4). A swivel head (5) is pivot mounted on a B axis (6) in the lower part of the machine. A driven tool-spindle (7) and aligning spindle (17) are pivot mounted on the swivel head. A sensor (12) detects the lens-positions, and an interferometer (19) controls quality. |
