PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sequentially mold different products by predetermined quantities while automatically replacing a mold according to a preset production schedule by reading molding condition data according to the products corresponding to products to be produced next, and controlling to drive an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: Products of molding condition numbers (mold numbers) set on a molding schedule set mode screen all use the same resin material. A production schedule shot number of the products to be produced from this time and a production schedule order are stored in a production planned schedule set memory 41, then sections of a machine are set to a stand-by OK state, and a full automatic operation start is designated to a microcomputer 30. The microcomputer 30 executes a series of control processing operation according to a preformed program. And, molds 18, 19 are automatically replaced according to the set production schedule, and different products are sequentially molded at each predetermined shot number. Thus, a purging operation at the time of replacing the molds is eliminated, thereby shortening a mold replacing time. |
