PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensible pressure-sensitive adhesive composition being excellent in blocking resistance during storage and developing sufficient adhesive performances when subjected to thermosensible treatment and a thermosensible pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet composed of a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed thereon. SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous emulsion type thermosensible pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising the following components A, B and C, forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being excellent in block resistance when dried at below 60 deg.C and developing sufficient adhesive performances upon being heated to 60 deg.C or above: (A) a water-soluble resin prepared by neutralizing a resin of an acid value of 1 meq/g or above with a base; (B) a polymer obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a radically polymerizable monomer and having a glass transition temperature of -20 deg.C or below; and (C) microparticles being solid at 20 deg.C and having a mean particle diameter of 0.5μm or above.
