PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition which shows a high moldability and yields a molded part with a good rubber elasticity, tensile strength characteristic and appearance. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by dynamically heating a blended product containing (A) from 10 to 60 pts.wt. crystalline polyolefin resin and (B) from 90 to 40 pts.wt. [the sum of components (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.] unsaturated olefin-based copolymer which comprises at least oneα-olefin having a carbon number of from 2 to 20, a conjugated diene monomer of the formula [wherein R<1> and R<2> are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or aryl group having a carbon number of from 1 to 8, wherein at least one of R<1> and R<2> is a hydrogen atom] and, optionally, an aromatic vinyl compound, in the presence of an organic peroxide.
