<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a storage actual capacity from reducing due to settling or depositing of a suspended inorganic material or an organic solid material in a storage tank for a product liquid fertilizer, a relay tank and/or a storage tank for a liquid fertilizer raw material and reduce a dispersion of components in the liquid fertilizer taken out of the storage tank for the liquid fertilizer or the liquid fertilizer raw material transferred to an aging tank with time. SOLUTION: This apparatus for treating an organic material containing waste liquor is obtained by supporting a support 52 with a bottom vertical type bearing means 50 at the base of a storage tank and an upper vertical type bearing means 51 provided at a level of at least the liquid surface of the storage tank or above so that the support 52 can be horizontally rotated through 360 deg. and fixing a submersible type motor 54 and a propeller 55 onto a lifting and lowering platform 53, freely liftably and lowerably guided by the support 52 and attached thereto so that the horizontal rotation relatively to the support 52 cannot be made in the axial horizontal direction or the somewhat downwardly bending direction. Furthermore, the apparatus is capable of making the support 52 repeat the horizontal rotation and fixing by a suitable angle, thereby eliminating a stirring dead space in the horizontal direction, suitably moving the lifting and lowering platform 53 in the vertical directions and thereby eliminating the stirring dead space in the vertical direction so that the whole liquid in the tank can uniformly be stirred.</p> |
