PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the corrosion of the surface glass of a solar battery with durability over a long period and to maintain the performance of the solar battery by fitting the solar battery to a cement tile obtained by carbonizing a tile made of a cement hardened body. SOLUTION: Various cement admixtures such as a coagulation retarder are mixed as an auxiliary component into a self-hardening composition mainly made of cement, an inorganic filter, reinforcing fibers and water, and the mixture is molded and cured to obtain a cement hardened body. Carbon dioxide in the supercritical state is infiltrated and diffused in a tile made of the cement hardened body, and the alkaline component is carbonized to obtain a cement tile 1. Fixing tools 3 are fixed by fixing screws 4 at four positions on the peripheral edge section of a solar battery coupling recess 2 provided on the surface of the cement tile 1, a solar battery 5 is coupled into the solar battery coupling recess 2, and the pawl sections of the fixing metals 3 are folded to fix the solar battery 5. The fine holes and voids in the cement hardened body are finely filled with a carbonate, the water-soluble alkaline component is made insoluble, and the corrosion of the surface glass of the solar battery 5 can be suppressed. |
