PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet for high frequency use having excellent high frequency iron loss and magnetic flux density, and its production by utilizing minimal Gr quantity. SOLUTION: The nonoriented silicon steel sheet for high frequency use has a composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.005% C, 0.5 5.5% Cr, 0.5-4% Si, 0.1-5% Al, <=3% Mn, <=0.3% P, <=0.005% S, <=0.005% N, <=0.01% Ti, <=0.01% Nb, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and also has 10-170 μm average ferrite crystalline grain size. |
